Brave Soul Therapy is an online group psychotherapy practice serving individuals across California. We specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, addiction recovery, and religious trauma with compassion and deep respect for each person's unique journey.

Rooted in values of authenticity, inclusivity, and healing, our team offers therapy that is affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, neurodivergent communities, people in recovery, and those with chronic illnesses and disabilities. We integrate family systems work, internal family systems (IFS)-informed care, motivational interviewing, emotional regulation skills, and storytelling in a supportive, client-centered approach.

We are committed to providing accessible care through a blend of private pay services and insurance partnerships, including Medi-Cal plans.
