Bilingual Associate Therapist (Spanish/English) | AMFT, ASW, APCC

Mercedes Cusick Therapy Services is a well-established, trauma-informed group practice in Marin County. We are a Medi-Cal provider and currently have Spanish-speaking clients waiting for in-person and telehealth services.

The Position

• Part-time position: Initially, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as your caseload grows.
• Flexible schedule: Expected hours are 15–30 per week.
• Location: In-person sessions in San Rafael and telehealth throughout California.
• Compensated nonclinical hours: Documentation, supervision, consultations, administrative tasks, phone calls, etc.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Active California BBS registration as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC
• Established experience providing individual psychotherapy
• Experience working with trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional concerns
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable managing scheduling, client communication, and timely documentation
• Available to begin seeing clients promptly
• Starting caseload of approximately 6 clients
• Ability to grow to a caseload of 15+ clients

This Is NOT an Entry-Level Position

We are seeking an experienced associate who can step into the role with confidence, initiative, and meaningful hands-on clinical experience.
