The Talking Corner Family Therapy Inc. is a virtual private mental health practice in California. We are seeking an empathetic, motivated Associate Therapist (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care in a virtual setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a pre-licensed therapist seeking supervision hours, mentorship, and a collaborative, flexible work environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their primary job with additional income and hours, and who is interested in gaining experience to eventually build their own private practice after licensure.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Focus solely on providing professional clinical care, with administrative and marketing tasks handled by the company.
• Provide direct counseling to individuals, couples, or families, case management experiences, crisis intervention, assessment, DSM 5 diagnosis, treatment planning, and keeping documents in medical records according to the requirements of the company and regulatory compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Attending weekly supervision.
• Hold an active malpractice insurance.
• Responsible for completing all the required training.
