Are you interested in being part of a small private practice that prioritizes nurturing and quality care for clients of all ages and backgrounds? We are currently seeking dedicated and cimmitted part-time Associates (AMFT, ACSW) with the potential for full-time positions to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Provide therapy for 15-20 clients per week for part-time clinicians, with an opportunity to expand to a 30-client caseload for full-time positions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based theories to address clients mental health symptoms and impairments.

• Work with clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds.

• Regularly update treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed session notes using SimplePractice.com.

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose clients, and determine medical necessity and appropriate care.

• Enjoy a flexible work schedule—set your own hours.

• Remote work available, with an option to use our Newport Beach office on Tuesdays.

Job Type:

• Part-time remote with the opportunity to transition to full-time.

• Location: Remote, with optional in-office availability in Newport Beach on Tuesdays.

Skills & Experience

Requirements:

• Must be in good standing and have an active registration number with the Board of

Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Must maintain active liability insurance throughout employment at Edelweiss.

• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy models and interventions.

• Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques.

• Excellent references are required.

• Clear understanding of professional boundaries.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Adherence to the ethical standards of the field.

• Pay range per client is $44.50-$70 depending on client’s insurance reimbursement rate.
